The Executive Chairman of Agbado Oke-Odo, Hon. David Famuyiwa had assured residents of Agbado Oke-Odo that he will complete ongoing infrastructural projects within the next one year. Speaking during a courtesy visit by Chief Press Secretaries in Alimosho, Hon. Famuyiwa said “We will complete the 7 boreholes in each ward within the LCDA. We will also upgrade the office space in Agbado Oke Odo secretariat within the next one year.”
While commenting on the deficit in road infrastructure, the Executive Chairman said “Infrastructure in Agbado Oke Odo is not something we can write home about, there are also ecological challenges. Ajakaye street drainage is completed in a few weeks we will start the asphalting. Arogudade road is also about 70% completed, this administration will ensure it is completed and put to use by the good people of Agbado Oke Odo.”
The Chairman promised to commence construction of twelve blocks of classrooms for primary school students. He further assured residents of completing 14 culverts starting by the local government. All he said will be done within the next one year”.
Hon. Famuyiwa call on the good people of Agbado Oke Odo to pay their rates to enable the local government to provide adequate infrastructure and give back a dividend of democracy. The chairman also advised residents to observe COVID-19 rules to flatten the curve of the pandemic. The six CPS in Alimosho, Ayinde Jamiu, Alimosho LGA, Oseni Eniola, Igando Ikotun LCDA, Idris Bakare, Ayobo Ipaja LCDA, Oyejobi Olakunle, Egbe Idimu LCDA, Mosan Okunola LCDA and Mosunmola Olabige, Agbado Oke Odo LCDA congratulated the chairman, vice chairman and secretary to the Local Government. They wished them happy to stay in office.
