Education they say is light and with the right education, the educated generation will be liberated. In this vein, the Lagos State House of Assembly Member Representing Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 01, Hon Adewale Temitope Adedeji (ATA) is not relenting on his effort towards ensuring the pupil of that part of Lagos State gets qualitative education under a very conducive and convenient atmosphere.
Fagba Junior Grammar School, Iju Station is one of the schools seeded to Ifako-Ijaiye constituency 01 and has been calling for repair. This school has been a thing of concern to the legislator and being a state-owned facility; approval is sought to get the school fixed. Hon Adewale Temitope in the interest of the constituent secured approval for the renovation of the school for the benefit of the constituents and mankind.
Upon the approval, the legislator began immediate renovation amidst the coronavirus pandemic and in readiness for post COVID19. It one of the six schools rehabilitation intervention submitted by ATA to the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu and the constituency was fortunate to be among the first set of 20 selected and approved facilities for government’s attention in the second phase of the project in the state.
The renovation work has begun in earnest includes the 6 classroom, Library, VP Academic office, Toilets, Computer room and the administrative block under the 2nd phase of public facility maintenance under the Lagos State Infrastructures Asset Management Agency, LASIAMA headed by Ms Adenike Adekanbi.

ATA speaking to our correspondence hailed Mr. Governor for his passion and determination toward ensuring that public infrastructures and facilities are rehabilitated, and maintained as this is the best for the constituency.
“I want to use this medium to specially appreciate The Executive Governor of the state, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his determination to ensure that public facilities in the state are well maintained and rehabilitated. This is the best any constituent can get as the effect of the school on our pupil is unquantifiable. Sir, thank you very much”, he said.
He further thanked the General Manager, Lagos State Infrastructure Asset Management Agency (LASIAMA) Ms Adenike Adekanbi for her consideration and approval of Fagba Junior Grammar School and for many future requests yet to come.
Hon Adewale Temitope Adedeji further reiterated that he will continue to ensure he will always ensure that Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 01 gets the best attention from the state government in terms of project facilitation and implementation, Infrastructural development and many other good projects that would benefit the members of the constituency.
“I will not relent in lobbying for projects, infrastructures and other facilities to be seeded to my constituency because that is the right thing to do and my people will forever enjoy and managed the structures properly”, he concluded.
