The Nigerian Police Force has deployed and ordered the posting of four new commissioners of police to states of the federation to strengthen the security tides and to increase the performance of the security forces in the state. The Inspector-General police have ordered this latest development.
The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu ordered the posting of four new commissioners of police to Ekiti, Ogun, Cross River, and Bayelsa States.
The Nigeria Police Force made this known on Tuesday saying the posting was with immediate effect.
CP Abdulkadir Jimoh to Cross River; and CP Okoli Michael to Bayelsa. CP Mobayo Babatunde was posted to Ekiti while CP Edward Ajogun was deployed to Ogun.
In another development, the IGP on Monday also decorated 10 newly promoted senior police officers at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
