The Executive Chairman, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Mayor Dele Oshinowo has added another feather to his cap yesterday as National Youth Service Corper’s Liason Officer Rotr. Jimoh Badamus honour the council boss.
The chairman, adjudged by all and sundry as a performer and highly intelligent administrator was honoured by the outgoing Corper’s Liason Officer, Kosofe Local Government, Rotr. Jimoh Badmus.
Badmus, who is a graduate of Guidance and Counselling from Ekiti State University was mobilized into the NYSC scheme with a state code LA/19B2/ 5820, and he served his one-year mandatory placement at Agboyi-Ketu LCDA.

According to Badmus, he said the chairman was honoured for his administration’s innovative and cerebral approach to transforming the LCDA, adding that the honour was to spur the chairman to break new grounds in his service to humanity.
He noted that the award was not a mere gift and as a thank you gesture to the chairman for radically changing his negative thoughts, and that of other corps members, about grassroots administrations and people that lead them in Nigeria
Badmus, therefore, called on the Federal and State Governments to critically examine Mayor Dele Oshinowo ‘s leadership style so as to adopt it as a framework for improving other local government administrations in the country.
Responding, the chairman thanked the corps member for finding him worthy to bestow the honour, While also assuring him and other youths that his administration will never relent in his pursuit of placing a high premium on the improvement of the standard of living of his people.
