Nigerians infected with COVID-19 is now on the increase as many failed to take precautionary measures as outlined by the federal government. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Wednesday night that over 30,000 (thirty thousand) Nigerians have contracted the coronavirus pandemic and tested positive.
NCDC said this via her verified twitter handle, noting that 30, 249 (thirty thousand two hundred and forty-nine) people so far come back positive among the numerous number of people tested and 12,373 (twelve thousand three hundred and seventy-three) persons have been managed and discharged as at the time of the tweet.
The commission further made known that the nation also recorded 460 new cases, which was why the total number of confirmed cases so far raise 30, 249.
In other to ensure the citizens and the public get the actual picture and clear version of the pandemic ravaging the whole word, NCDC further gave the breakdown of the fresh 460 cases as follows.
