The Head of Corporate Communications, Mr. Felix Ofulue said the medium is one of the organization’s modalities to facilitate transparency and people oriented service delivery as it’s secure, safe and all reported cases shall be treated with absolute confidentiality. Customers can now confidentially report illegal connections, bribery, extortion, fraud, vandalism and all social ills.
